Application field :

Facility principle:
Dust-laden air goes into dust collector from the top or the side
import, the dust is "closured" by cartridge appearance and gathers
together. The purified air is discharged out from the cartridge
center, which achieve the purification purpose. In order to clean
the cartridge, making use of compressed air (0.6-0.7Mpa) to produce
a strong air current, which release into the cartridge center
through the electromagnetic valve, and oscillate and blow down the
dust accumulated on the external surface of cartridge as the
vibration waves. The dust fall down in the ash bucket in the
following. In order to ensure the cartridge works normally and
continuously, dynamic change dust, the PLC control system blow
conversely.

resistance is 200pa,and the maximum resistance is 1500pa.(
according to the air pressure of fan)

equipped with import pressure indicator;
• Series horizontal cartridge, a single seal to ensure the safety
of equipment operation and easy for maintenance;
• flexible box composite element can be installed to meet different
site conditions;
• a variety of cartridge material can be choiced for users,
including high temperature resistant, anti-moisture, flame
retardant and so on.
