LB-PC Multiple Cartridge Dust Collector, Stationary type with high
efficiency
LB-PC multi-cartridge dust removal equipment is a kind of efficient
and energy conservation equipment, which is modularized and
systematic produced combining with advanced technology power
accoording to our conclusion of design and practical experience .
It is widely used for dust purification in mechanical processing,
chemical, construction, materials, pharmaceutical, electronics,
wood processing industry, etc.
Facility principle:
Dust-laden air goes into dust collector from the top or the side
import, the dust is "closured" by cartridge appearance and gathers
together. The purified air is discharged out from the cartridge
center, which achieve the purification purpose. In order to clean
the cartridge, making use of compressed air (0.6-0.7Mpa) to produce
a strong air current, which release into the cartridge center
through the electromagnetic valve, and oscillate and blow down the
dust accumulated on the external surface of cartridge as the
vibration waves. The dust fall down in the ash bucket in the
following. In order to ensure the cartridge works normally and
continuously, dynamic change dust, the PLC control system blow
conversely.
